Welcome to Building Reformerz
My name is Roi Gooch and I live a stone's throw from Hokitika.
I have resided on the West Coast for more than 14 years, having moved here from Christchurch, and have more than 30 years experience in the building industry.

After spending time as a foreman working for various companies in Christchurch, I decided to set up my own construction business.
Licensed Building Practitioner
I am a qualified carpenter, a Licensed Building Practitioner (License BP116767) and a Site Safe member. Our work is mainly on the West Coast, but we also travel to projects around the South Island, from Christchurch to Clyde, or wherever the work takes us.
My main experience is with residential work but have done some light commercial in the past.
I work with some real estate agents repairing and renovating rentals and also offer pre-purchase house inspections.
